º El capital mínimo de una empresa de Almacenes Generales de Depósito será de un millón de pesos ($1.000.000.00) moneda legal colombiana, que deberá ser suscrito y pagado en la forma y dentro de los plazos señalados para los Bancos comerciales. Los Bancos que funcionen en el país podrán suscribir y poseer acciones en las empresas de Almacenes Generales de Depósito hasta por un valor igual al diez por ciento (10%) de su capital y reserva legal.
