Artículo 105 . Entrega Material del bien inmueble. La Entidad Estatal debe entregar el inmueble dentro de los treinta (30) días calendario siguientes a la fecha del registro, previa presentación del certificado de tradición y libertad en el que conste la inscripción de la escritura pública de venta del inmueble. Las obligaciones generadas sobre el inmueble con posterioridad al registro del bien están a cargo del comprador. CAPÍTULO IV Bienes Muebles
