Las ofertas para obtener la cantidad de dinero destinada a la compra de vales de manumision, se harán libremente por la cantidad que de ellos se quiera vender; es decir, que se pueden hacer por el total de los lotes, por algunos de ellos, por uno solo, o por una parte de un lote. El capital que se ofrezca nunca será menor que la cantidad de dinero pue se quiera obtener.
