El auxilio anual concedido por la Ley 65 de 1911 al Hospital de Caloto, se eleva mil pesos ($ 1,000) desde el 1.º de enero de 1914, y se destina para atender al sostenimiento del Orfelinato que en dicha ciudad tienen a su cargo las Hermanas de la Caridad, y a los gastos que ocasionen la enseñanza industrial que se da en dicho Orfelinato y a la ampliación y mejoras del local respectivo. El expresado auxilio ingresara al Tesoro del Distrito de Caloto, para que el Concejo de este le dé precisamente la inversión de que trata este artículo.
