En los empaques y etiquetas de los productos que por sus características no puedan llevar la información mínima señalada en este Decreto, debe incluirse un anexo con el contenido a que se refiere el artículo anterior y la indicación de que la literatura especial sobre el producto puede ser solicitado por los médicos y odontólogos, según el caso, al laboratorio farmacéutico correspondiente. Dicha literatura deberá ser previamente aprobada por el Ministerio de Salud.
