Articulo 7º. Antes de expedir el concepto de que trata el artículo anterior, el Departamento Nacional de Ganadería podrá ordenar y practicar, si lo estimare necesario, el estadio de las condiciones sanitarias, climatológicas y bromatológicas de la finca o región a donde se destina el reproductor.
