°. Lineamientos técnicos. El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social impartirá los lineamientos técnicos relacionados con la conservación y aplicación de las vacunas contra el Covid-19 obtenidas mediante las alianzas de las que trata el presente decreto. La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud y las secretarías de salud departamentales, distritales y municipales o las entidades que hagan sus veces, en el marco de sus competencias, ejercerán la vigilancia del cumplimiento de los lineamientos correspondientes.
