El funcionario aduanero encargado de la recepción de la nave o aeronave siempre deberá verificar si el sobordo o manifiesto incluye alguna mercancía de las señaladas en el artículo 1° del presente Decreto, y si así fuere deberá informar inmediatamente a la Policía Portuaria o Aeroportuaria y al Administrador de Aduana del lugar.
