Artículo quinto. La Junta Directiva será presidida por uno de los Ministros o sus delegados en orden de prelación. Como Secretario de la Junta Directiva actuará el Administrador Técnico de la Imprenta.

Parágrafo

El Gerente de la Imprenta Nacional tendrá voz pero no voto en las deliberaciones de la Junta Directiva.
