Reclamaciones. Las reclamaciones que formulen los aspirantes no admitidos al concurso serán resueltas por la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil o por la entidad delegada, según lo señale la convocatoria, en los términos previstos en el Decreto-ley 760 de 2005 o en las normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan.
