Objeto. Establecer criterios y directrices para la operación del Registro Nacional de Identificación Balística (RNIB) de que trata el artículo 5° de la Ley 1941 de 2018 el cual contará con la información de la huella balística de todas las armas de fuego con permiso de tenencia y porte, y con la información sobre la huella balística de las armas vinculadas en cualquier momento a una investigación judicial de carácter penal.
