Los empresarios del sector turístico estarán representados en el Consejo Superior de Microempresa y en el Consejo Superior de Pequeña y Mediana Empresa, creados por el artículo 5° del Decreto-ley 210 de 2003, por un representante de los gremios pertenecientes al sector turístico.
