°. Modificación del artículo 4° del Decreto 1009 de 2019. El artículo 4° del Decreto 1009 de 2019 quedará así: “Artículo 4°. Subsecretarios Generales grado 12 y los Secretarios de las Comisiones Constitucionales y Legales Permanentes grado 12 de ambas corporaciones. A partir del 1° de enero de 2019, los Subsecretarios Generales grado 12 y los Secretarios de las Comisiones Constitucionales y Legales Permanentes grado 12 de ambas corporaciones devengarán como asignación básica mensual total la suma equivalente a doce millones trescientos ochenta y cinco mil doscientos cincuenta y siete pesos ($12.385.257) moneda corriente”.
