Los contratos que el Gobierno celebre en ejecución de esta Ley necesitan de la aprobación del Consejo de Ministros, y de la del Consejo de Estado en cuanto se refiera a que se hallen ajustados a las autorizaciones de que tratan los artículos anteriores y el Código Fiscal.
