El Consejo Nacional de Medicina Veterinaria y de Zootecniade Colombia podrá establecer tribunales regionales de ética en el territorio nacional, si las circunstancias lo ameritan y existe disponibilidad presupuestal, su composición y funciones se regirán por la presente ley, en lo que sea pertinente.
