Para dar cumplimiento á la presente Ley el Poder Ejecutivo arreglará previamente con el Banco Central los contratos vigentes sobré administración de las rentas qué este establecimiento tiene actualmente á su cargo, y con los respectivos Departamentos, de acuerdo con las prescripciones de esta Ley.
