Art. 5.° El arrendamiento de la Renta se hará en pública subasta, bien por toda la Intendencia, bien por Municipios separadamente, lo cual resolverá la Intendencia en vista de las ofertas que se hagan en el curso de la licitación, adjudicándola en todo caso al mejor ó mejores postores.
