Las agencias de viajes operadoras, de viajes y turismo con departamento receptivo y/o nacional (VTR), podrán contratar con empresas de transporte de servicio público terrestre automotor de pasajeros por carretera, la prestación del servicio de transporte turístico con sus vehículos de servicio regular, siempre y cuando cumplan con los requisitos establecidos y no se interfieran los servicios regulares autorizados.
