De la cuantía y término de las garantías. La entidad contratante, de acuerdo con reglamentación de la Contraloría General de la República, determinará la cuantía y el término de las garantías a que se refiere el artículo 67. Este término no podrá ser inferior al de ejecución y liquidación del contrato.
