Art. 11. Cuando un bulto contenga mercaderías de diferentes clases de la tarifa, i la factura esprese el peso de cada una de ellas, se liquidarán los derechos segun la misma tarifa, en vez de aplicar el inciso 9.° del artículo 304 del Código. Al efecto deberá abrirse el bulto i examinarse i separarse cada una de sus partes.

Si se hallare inexactitud en el bulto, con relacion a la factura, se dará aplicacion a dicho inciso i a las demas disposiciones comunes.

Parágrafo

Las cajas i forros se liquidarán conforme a la clase mas alta de la tarifa que contenga el bulto.
