Para los efectos del Decreto 1231 de 1973, se considera que no hay discontinuidad en la prestación del servicio cuando este se interrumpa por licencias, sin derecho a sueldo, no mayores de 60 días continuos o discontinuos que disfruten los funcionarios o empleados de la Rama Jurisdiccional o del Ministerio Público durante el respectivo periodo bienal.
