Destínase hasta la cantidad de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00) para atender a los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de la presente Ley, y autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para hacer, con el mismo fin, las operaciones presupuestales necesarias.
