Art. 201. Cada uno de estos establecimientos está bajo la inmediata dirección de un Consejo universitario compuesto del Secretario de Instrucción Pública, ó a falta de éste por el de Gobierno, del respectivo Departamento que lo preside, del Rector, del Vicerrector, del Inspector General de Instrucción Pública y de un Catedrático de cada Facultad, designado por el Gobierno. Es Secretario del Consejo universitario el de la Universidad.
