Las empresas o sociedades donde la Nación o sus entidades descentralizadas tengan una participación en su capital social superior al cincuenta por ciento (50%) deberán reportar, dentro de sus competencias, al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público y al Departamento Nacional de Planeación, la información de carácter presupuestal y financiera que se requiera con el fin de dar cumplimiento a la presente ley.
