° De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Artículo 3° Del Decreto numero 600 de 1942 (marzo 5) el Banco de la República queda autorizado para contratos de agencias para ventas de sal, en distintas plazas del país, estipulando condiciones por las cuales se asegure que el precio de venta de la sal al consumidor no excede cinco centavos ($0.05) la libra de 500 gramos.
