Art. 720. El terreno de aluvión accede a las heredades riberanas, dentro de sus respectivas líneas de demarcación, prolongadas directamente hasta el agua; pero en puertos habilitados pertenecerá a la Unión.

El suelo que el agua ocupa i desocupa alternativamente en sus creces i bajas periódicas, forman parte de la ribera o del cauce, i no accede mientras tanto a las heredades contiguas.
