º . Protección a menores. Está prohibida toda venta de artículos pirotécnicos o fuegos artificiales y globos a menores de edad y a personas en estado de embriaguez en todo el territorio nacional. Si se encontrare un menor manipulando, portando o usando inadecuadamente artículos pirotécnicos o fuegos artificiales y globos, le será decomisado el producto y será conducido y, puesto a disposición de un defensor de familia, quien determinará las medidas de protección a adoptar.
