Art. 6°. El funcionario encargado de hacer la entrega de los terrenos adjudicados, tiene el deber de averiguar si hai individuos establecidos en ellos con el carácter de cultivadores, i si los hubiera hará constar en la dilijencia de que trata el artículo anterior, el nombre de cada uno i la estension de terreno que ocupa, a fin de que su derecho quede salvado de la entrega que se hace al adjudicatario.
