El funcionario competente abrirá la investigación administrativa disciplinaria mediante auto motivado en el cual se señalará la conducta presuntamente violatoria del régimen disciplinario, la identidad de los funcionarios presuntamente partícipes en su realización, y los elementos probatorios allegados al proceso sobre la existencia del hecho y la presunta responsabilidad. Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
