Destínase la suma de seis millones de pesos ($ 6.000.000.00) para atender a los gastos que demande el funcionamiento de los Juzgados Municipales, en conformidad a lo dispuesto por los artículos 58 y 158 de la Constitución Nacional. Si esta partida no quedare incluída en el Presupuesto de gastos de la próxima vigencia, el Gobierno queda ampliamente facultado para hacer los traslados presupuestales necesarios y abrir los créditos que estime convenientes.
