Art. 193. De los autos que dicte la Sección en Sala de Apelación podrán apelar los responsables ante la Corte de Cuentas dentro de los cinco días siguientes á la notificación del respectivo auto, y se introducirá el recurso por conducto del empleado ó funcionario que hubiere hecho la notificación.
