LIGAS DEPORTIVAS. Las ligas deportivas, como organismos de derecho privado, estarán constituidas como asociaciones o corporaciones por un número mínimo de clubes deportivos o de promotores o de ambas clases, para fomentar, patrocinar y organizar la práctica de deporte con sus modalidades dentro del ámbito territorial del Departamento o del Distrito Capital, según el caso, e impulsarán programas de interés público y social; las cuales se agruparán en cuatro (4) tipos conforme al Título 11 del presente decreto:

Ligas deportivas de deportes de gobernanza de organismos por discapacidad,

2.

Ligas deportivas de deportes integrados al deporte convencional.

3.

Ligas deportivas de deportes de gobernanza exclusiva para personas con discapacidad.

4.Ligas deportivas de deportes de gobernanza de IPC

Las ligas deportivas podrán constituirse por deporte con sus modalidades en los deportes integrados al deporte convencional; deportes de gobernanza exclusiva de personas con discapacidad, y deportes de gobernanza de IPC y por discapacidad en los deportes de deportes de gobernanza de organismos por discapacidad.
