Área de aseo personal . Todo proyecto minero debe disponer de instalaciones higiénicas destinadas para el aseo del personal y cambio de ropa de trabajo; aquellas deben contar con duchas, lavamanos y sanitarios.

Parágrafo

Los sanitarios se instalarán en proporción de uno (1) por cada quince (15) trabajadores.
