Base gravable en el auxilio de cesantías. Para efectos de determinar la base gravable en el caso del auxilio de cesantía, no se tomará en cuenta el monto acumulado de las cesantías causadas a 31 de diciembre de 1985, por el empleador, a favor del trabajador.

(Artículo 18, Decreto 400 de 1987) (El Decreto 400 de 1987 rige a partir del día siguiente al de la fecha de su publicación y deroga el artículo 5° del Decreto 3838 de 1985 y demás normas que le sean contrarias. Artículo 23, Decreto 400 de 1987)
