°. El alumno del curso general del mencionado Instituto que en los exámenes de fin de año pierda hasta tres (3) materias, tiene derecho a examen de habilitación. Si después de éste no las aprueba en su totalidad, puede repetir el año en calidad de alumno pensionado.
