Cuando la felicitación pública sea otorgada por los comandos de Fuerza o los superiores a estos, se consignará en la respectiva orden del día y se leerá en una formación especial ante el personal de la unidad. Con esta felicitación se podrá conceder un permiso especial hasta por quince (15) días.
