o. La autoridad nominadora no podrá realizar nombramientos de docentes de tiempo completo en favor de personas que estén percibiendo remuneración por el desempeño de otro cargo de igual dedicación. Para la posesión deberá entregarse declaración juramentada ante juez o notario de no estar vinculado de tiempo completo en otra entidad oficial.
