Del Director General . El Director. General del Centro es agente del Presidente de la República y por lo tanto de su libre nombramiento y remoción.

Parágrafo

Para ser designado Director General se requiere tener título universitario en los campos de ciencia y tecnología atinentes a la competencia del Centro y una experiencia profesional no inferior a cuatro años.
