El Ministerio de Comunicaciones autorizará la transmisión por causa de muerte de los derechos y obligaciones de los contratos de concesión, para lo cual los interesados tendrán que acreditar prueba idónea de la partición sobre la masa hereditaria y no estar incursos en las inhabilidades e incompatibilidades para contratar, establecidas en el Decreto-ley 222 de 1983, o las normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
