El Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural otorgará visto bueno a las importaciones que pretendan acogerse al gravamen señalado en el artículo 1º de este Decreto, de quienes hayan realizado compras efectivas de las cosechas nacionales de sorgo, yuca seca o maíz en las condiciones que para el efecto establezca.
