Señálase el día 20 de febrero en curso como fecha inicial del cambio de monedas de plata nacionales y la compra de monedas de plata extranjeras, tal como ordenó y reglamentó estas operaciones la Ley 45 de 1913, en lo que respecta al Departamento Norte de Santander. De acuerdo con el artículo 4.º de esa Ley, esas operaciones deben estar terminadas en dicho Departamento el 20 de mayo del presente año.
