Si el Estado se conformase con la liquidacion, la misma Oficina jeneral de Cuentas agregará al espediente el documento en que conste esa circunstancia i lo devolverá a la Secretaría del Tesoro i Crédito nacional para que ordene el pago en vales al portador de 1.ª clase (Artículo 3, clase 3, i artículo 18 de la lei).
