Los recursos incorporados en el Presupuesto General de la Nación con destino a las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado y a las Sociedades de Economía Mixta con el régimen de aquellas, que no hayan sido comprometidos o ejecutados a 31 diciembre de 2001, deberán ser reintegrados por éstas a la Dirección del Tesoro Nacional a más tardar el 20 de enero del año 2002.
