Art. 27. El secuestro consiste en la entrega real de la cosa que el Juez hace al secuestre. No se estimara pues verificado el secuestro por la manifestación que haga el secuestre de dar por recibida la cosa.

Si los bienes que deben secuestrarse fueren raíces. la entrega de ellos al secuestre se efectuara con citación de los colindantes que se hallaren en sus respectivos predios en el acto en que se verifique el secuestro.
