Art. 55. Las autoridades eclesiásticas podrán ejercer, de acuerdo con lo que disponga el Episcopado, en convenio con el Gobierno, las facultades que les conceden los artículos 12, 13 y 14 del Convenio de 31 de Diciembre último, celebrado en Roma entre el Gobierno y el Sumo Pontífice.
