º. Vigencias y derogatorias. El presente decreto deroga el artículo 2° del Decreto 2805 de 1994, deja sin efectos las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación

Parágrafo transitorio

El primer control sobre el artículo segundo del presente decreto se realizará sobre los estados financieros al corte del 31 de agosto de 1996.
