La vigilancia fiscal del Fondo Aeronáutico Nacional será ejercida por la Contraloría General de la República a través de la auditoría ante el Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil. El Contralor General de la República, con el objeto de agilizar la gestión del Fondo, podrá dictar un reglamento fiscal que consulte la índole especial de las actividades de la entidad.
