Los Agentes del Ministerio Público delegados ante la Rama Judicial tendrán derecho a una prima especial equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) del salario básico. Esta prima es incompatible con la prima especial de que tratan los artículos 4º a 9º inclusive, del presente Decreto.
