° Los títulos o certificados de las acciones se expedirán en serie numerada y continua y llevarán las firmas autógrafas del Gerente y del Secretario. De las acciones se expedirá a cada accionista un solo título o certificydo, colectivo, a menos que prefiera títulos o certificados unitarios o parcialmente colectivos. La Junta Directiva determinará la forma, leyenda y demás condiciones de los títulos o certificados de acciones.
