Concédese del Tesoro Nacional la suma de treinta mil pesos ($30.000) al Departamento de Bolívar, para que la Republica contribuya a solemnizar aquella fiesta de la Patria.

Parágrafo

La suma anterior se considerara incluida en el Presupuesto de gastos de la vigencia de 1911.
